- 450 gr fresh green beans, chopped and chopped into pieces 2.5 cm each.

Recipe preparation:
- Put green beans in a microwave container with water. Tight close the lid and put in the microwave for 4 minutes. Carefully remove the lid, flip the beans into a colander, shaking off excess water.
- While the beans are cooked, in a large pan with non-stick over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add the shallots and fry, stirring until it is a little soften, about 2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and fry, stirring occasionally, until the released liquid will not evaporate and the mushrooms will not fry, about 10 minutes. Add green beans and mix to warm it up; season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with beef.
