  • 340 gr green bean
  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 2 tbsp. l capers
  • 1 stalk of celery, cut into slices
  • 2 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil
  • Parsley for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:

  1. Beat lemon juice in a large bowl with a whisk and Dijon mustard with olive oil. Add shallots, capers, a handful of chopped parsley and sliced a celery stalk, a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Boil green beans, drain the water and add to the bowl. To sprinkle a dish of celery leaves.
