Ingredients for the recipe:
- 340 gr green bean
- 1 shallot chopped
- 2 tbsp. l capers
- 1 stalk of celery, cut into slices
- 2 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- Parsley for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:
- Beat lemon juice in a large bowl with a whisk and Dijon mustard with olive oil. Add shallots, capers, a handful of chopped parsley and sliced a celery stalk, a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Boil green beans, drain the water and add to the bowl. To sprinkle a dish of celery leaves.
