- Cut pepper, tomato and onion into small cubes, sorrel chop coarsely.
- Fry pepper and onions in a pan with olive oil for 3 minutes, then add tomato, sorrel and sugar. Stew under the lid 15 minutes.
- Zucchini cut into slices, salt and roll in flour with each side. Then fry for 2 minutes.
- Combine all vegetables and simmer another 5 minutes.
