Salad to drink:

  • 3 tbsp. chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix meat, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, rosemary, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Cover and put marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours
