- 16 bay leaves
- Pita salad (see recipe below)
- 8 bamboo or metal skewers
Salad to drink:
- 3 tbsp. chopped lettuce
- 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Mix meat, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, rosemary, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Cover and put marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours
