- Prepare all the ingredients, cut the tomatoes in medium pieces, cucumbers – thin plates, peppers, peeled from seeds, partitions – thin straws, red onions – half rings, cheese – neat cubes.
- For salad dressing in a bowl, mix olive oil with juice lime, salt, pepper.
- In a volumetric bowl, combine the prepared vegetables.
- Then fill with dressing, mix gently.
- Before serving, put the salad on the dish, lay on top cubes of feta cheese, olives, if desired, decorate with greens.
