- 5 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 medium-sized onion head cut in half
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh mint leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. grape tomato halves
- 1/4 Art. nonfat natural yogurt
- 2 sliced romaine lettuce
- 1 thinly sliced yellow bell pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill in the oven to high. Cover up baking sheet with sides with aluminum foil. Beat 1/2 tbsp. chips from pitas in the food processor in the “pulse” mode to a fine crumb. Transfer to a large bowl and pour the mixture over a tablespoon red wine vinegar and olive oil.
- Coarsely chop one of the onion halves and put it in the kitchen harvester. Add 1/4 tbsp. peppermint, garlic and chop in mode “pulse”. Add this mixture to a bowl of ground pita chips and mix well with your hands. Add the minced meat, cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Mix gently with your hands. Wet your hands. and make 24 small meatballs from minced meat, using for each tablespoon of minced meat. Put the meatballs on prepared pan, spreading them at a distance of 2.5 cm. friend from friend.
