  1. Cut the lamb into small pieces and transfer to a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, juice and lemon zest, wine, oregano, 3 minced cloves of garlic, bay leaf and some black pepper. Mix everything well and send overnight to fridge pickle.
  2. Mix the yogurt with the remaining chopped garlic and leave on half an hour.
  3. Put meat on skewers and grill, greasing, about 8-10 minutes. Serve with yogurt and herbs.
