- Boil buckwheat until cooked as written on the package. Allow to cool.
- Chop 1 onion finely.
- Combine the minced meat, buckwheat, onion, egg in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff well and beat.
- Wet cutlets with wet hands.
- Roll the patties in flour or breadcrumbs.
- Fry in a frying pan with butter on both sides until golden crust.
- Cut the onion into half rings. Sauté until golden.
- Mix sour cream and tomato paste separately. Add 1 cup mix well.
- Put in a deep pan, cauldron or wok cutlets. Lay out onion and fill with sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes.
