  1. Boil buckwheat until cooked as written on the package. Allow to cool.
  2. Chop 1 onion finely.
  3. Combine the minced meat, buckwheat, onion, egg in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stuff well and beat.
  5. Wet cutlets with wet hands.
  6. Roll the patties in flour or breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry in a frying pan with butter on both sides until golden crust.
  8. Cut the onion into half rings. Sauté until golden.
  9. Mix sour cream and tomato paste separately. Add 1 cup mix well.
  10. Put in a deep pan, cauldron or wok cutlets. Lay out onion and fill with sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes.
