  1. Minced pork with egg, ground pepper, salt (2 pinch), finely chopped onions (1 pc.) and parsley (2 branches). We form 9-10 balls from a mixture.

  2. Put the prepared meatballs in hot oil (2 tbsp.) And fry briefly over medium heat to lightly brown.

  3. Pour oil into a deep pan (2 tbsp), add chopped onion (1 pc.) and fry for 2-3 minutes. Peeled peppers with chopped parsley (2 branches) finely, send to the onion, pour water (2 cups) and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, until pepper will become soft.

  4. Mix the cream with flour. Add tomato to stewed vegetables pasta, paprika, ground pepper, salt and cream with flour. Cook sauce 2-3 minutes, stirring, and spread the lightly fried meatballs.

  5. Stew pork meatballs on low heat for 15 minutes. Juicy spread the pork meatballs on the side dish, water the aromatic gravy and serve immediately with fresh chopped vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers).
