I really like chicken for making it very quickly and from it you can cook a huge variety of dishes at home. In that since I decided to try to fry it with cottage cheese and tomato, bay all sour cream. It turned out very tasty!

- We wash the chicken fillet, remove the veins, films and fat.
- Cut into medium pieces.
- Wash the tomato and cut into large slices.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Heat the pan.
- Pour olive oil.
- We spread the chicken fillet and fry until whitening.
- Add tomatoes, mix, fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add the garlic, mix.
- Add cottage cheese, mix.
- Then fill it with sour cream, mix, salt to taste and add garlic pepper.
- Fry until tender, stirring constantly. Serve with garnish.
