- Boil meat in salted water.
- The boiled meat is sent to the pan and fry on vegetable oil on both sides.
- Pre-prepare vegetables: cut into a cube onions, carrots, bell peppers, potatoes.
- Add tomato paste to the fried meat, fry a couple minutes and add the vegetables.
- Extinguish everything over medium heat, pour 2 cups of boiling water and simmer 3-4 minutes more. Add salt, spices to taste and finely chopped greens (dill).
- Cooking noodles: break eggs, add a pinch of salt, water, beat and add the sifted flour. Knead tight dough.
