  1. Rinse the meat in water and cut the film. Pour 2 liters of water and boil for an hour until soft with bay leaf and pepper peas, slightly salt the broth.
  2. Dismantle the meat or cut it into pieces.

  5. When boiling, remove the foam and cook for 15 minutes.

  9. Put the diced onions in a pan.
  10. Peeled and chopped bell pepper.
  11. Grated carrots and cucumbers.
  12. Fry all 7 minutes, pour tomato juice to vegetables and stew 5 minutes.
  13. Put vegetables with tomato juice in a pan and boil on low heat for 10 minutes. Salt if there is not enough salt.
  14. Put chopped meat in the soup.
  15. Squeeze the garlic through a press and add to the soup 5 minutes before readiness.
  16. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise and add to taste.
