  1. Making the dough. Pour in milk, add yeast, sugar, a little flour and mix. Leave for 15 minutes.

  5. If you want a magnificent cake, then we use the dough as a whole. I divided it into 2 parts.
  6. Roll out the dough in a rectangle or oval.
  7. We spread the poppy seed filling.
  8. Twist into a roll.
  9. We pinch the edges. With the scissors we cut the edges of the roll, it will be our core.
  10. Now throughout the roll we make frequent cuts.
  11. We leave two leaves outside, one we turn inside and so to end.
  12. Spread the middle.
  13. Grease the cake with a beaten egg and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes, temperature 180 degrees.
  14. Garnish with icing sugar.
