The taste of my childhood! Of course, cutlets are not what they were then, before, when they were cooked at home by my beloved grandmother, this I got the recipe from my grandmother. Eh – the aroma of childhood.

  1. Add finely chopped onion, egg, bread to the minced meat. (previously soaked in milk), semolina, salt, pepper, everything mix.
  2. We make cutlets from minced meat.
  3. Pour oil into the pan, fry cutlets on both sides 2 minutes.
  4. Cover, simmer for 5 minutes. Cutlets are ready, easy, fast and most importantly delicious, from so many ingredients I got 14 cutlets.
