Very simple and quick to prepare homemade salad. Despite for a minimum set of ingredients, a salad with tomatoes and garlic it turns out delicious and juicy. It’s especially good to make this salad in autumn-winter period, because the garlic entering it kills pathogenic viruses and bacteria and increases the body’s ability resist various diseases.

  1. Prepare the products:
  2. Wash, dry and chop tomatoes. Small tomatoes can cut into four parts, large – chopped into slices.
  3. Peel and sort the garlic. To make garlic easier cut into small pieces, squeeze a clove of garlic flat side of the knife until the crunch, and then chop. Garlic if desired can be grated.
  4. Mix tomatoes and garlic, salt. Season with mayonnaise. Be sure to let the salad stand for a while. Garlic must give juice, then the salad will be juicier. Transfer the salad to a serving the dishes. If desired, the salad can be decorated with a sprig of dill or parsley.
