Recipes used. volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

Gluten Free Flour Mix

  • 3 tbsp. (435 gr.) White rice flour
  • 1.5 tbsp. (190 gr.) Tapioca flour
  • 0.75 Art. (120g.) Potato starch
  • 1 tbsp. l (8 gr.) Xanthan gum
  • 1.5 tsp (5 gr.) Salt

Cookies Wafers

  • 1 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. l baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • Gluten Free Culinary Spray
  • 1.5 tbsp. milk
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 0.33 Art. canola oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 Art. white chocolate chips (chocolate chips)
  • 0.33 Art. crushed gluten-free sandwich biscuits with cream, and larger crumbs for sprinkling
  • Whipping cream for decoration
  • Chocolate syrup for decoration
  • You will need: a waffle maker for Belgian waffles

Recipe preparation:

  1. Gluten-free flour mix: in a large bowl, mix rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, xanthan gum and salt. The flour mixture will turn out more than necessary for cooking these waffles. Transfer leftover flour to airtight container and place in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator. It will come in handy for cooking another gluten-free baking.
  2. For waffles: in another bowl, mix 1.5 tbsp. gluten-free flour mixture, sugar, baking powder and salt. (Leftovers leave the gluten-free flour mixture next time).
  3. Preheat the Belgian waffle waffle iron to medium temperature and sprinkle with a gluten-free cooking spray. Вwhisk milk, eggs, butter and vanilla in a small bowl; mix with flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips, then gently add cookie crumbs.
  4. Pour 0.33 tbsp. dough into each square of the waffle iron, distributing dough to the edges; put larger pieces of cookies on top. Close the waffle iron and cook the waffles until they become crispy, about 4 minutes. Also make all the dough and decorate the finished waffles whipped cream, chocolate syrup and crumbs of cookies.
