  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  2. We take silicone molds and grease them with chocolate with tassels. We send the molds to the freezer for 10 minutes.
  3. We wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, add oil and sugar to it powder. All mix well until the consistency of oily sour cream.
  4. We take out our molds from the freezer, once again lubricate with chocolate and again sent to the freezer for 10 minutes.
  5. We distribute the filling into the molds, pour chocolate on top and clean in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove the cheese from the molds and can be served. The remaining cheese should be refrigerated.
