Glazed Carrot Stew shallots

  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter
  • 1 tbsp. wedges shallots
  • Almonds and tarragon for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a skillet, fry shallots in butter a pinch of salt and pepper for 4 min. Add carrots and 1/4 tbsp. water. Simmer until soft carrots, about 5 minutes. sprinkle with roasted almonds and chopped tarragon.
