  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a saucepan until transparency. Add curry, ginger, turmeric and pepper.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, pour into a saucepan and slightly passaged.
  3. Pour the broth, salt and cook until the potatoes are ready.
  4. Then we mashed the soup until creamy.
  5. Fry shrimps lightly until golden brown and a little salt.
