- Peel the carrots, cut into small pieces of arbitrary forms.
- Peel the onion, finely chop.
- Peel ginger, finely chop.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onion a little and add carrots. Fry carrots with onions. Required do not let the vegetables darken.
