This delicious puree soup is easy to make at home. It’s sweet in it carrots are combined with a slightly spicy and spicy ginger flavor. Such the soup will warm you on a cold evening and replace a light dinner. Good to make fried slices of bread or rice biscuits in the soup.

  1. Peel the carrots, cut into small pieces of arbitrary forms.
  2. Peel the onion, finely chop.
  3. Peel ginger, finely chop.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onion a little and add carrots. Fry carrots with onions. Required do not let the vegetables darken.
  5. Fry in a separate pan in 1 tablespoon of olive ginger and curry oils – this will reveal the taste and aroma of spices.
  6. Combine the contents of both pans in a pan. Add hot water. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the carrots are cooked.
  7. Beat the resulting vegetable mass with a blender. Bring to boiling. At the end, add honey and salt to taste.
