Spicy, sour, delicious ginger and lemon jam – it is an ambulance for colds and viral diseases. It can be add to tea, smear on cookies and bread, use as a filling for pancakes. In winter days, ginger will perfectly energize.
To make this jam at home, take smaller ginger and younger that it is less rigid and fibrous.

- We rinse ginger and lemon with a stream of warm water. We clean the top peel of ginger (this is most conveniently done with peelers) and cut into thin plates or cubes, as you like it better.
