  1. We wash the stomachs with water, cut off fat and films, cut in half. Put in a pan.
  2. Fill with water and put on a big fire. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for 60 minutes until soft.
  3. We wash boiled stomachs in a colander.
  4. Peel and finely chop the onions.
  5. In a pan, heat the oil, spread the stomachs and finely chopped onions. Fry over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring until rosy onion.
  6. Making garlic sauce. Press the peeled garlic cloves in the press, salt, pepper, add suneli hops to taste. Pour the broth into which cooked the stomachs (half a cup), and stir until homogeneity.
  7. Pour the garlic sauce into the stomachs with onions, mix and warm in a pan for another 3-5 minutes.
  8. Serve with a side dish, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
