  1. At the slow cooker, turn on the Frying program (10 minutes). Washed and cut the dried fillet into pieces and fry with chopped garlic and onions in butter.
  2. Start the Extinguishing program (30 minutes). Put in a bowl cabbage with chopped bell pepper, pour 500 ml. boiling water, mix everything.
  3. Turn on Soup mode (20 minutes). Add warmed up cream, 40 ml. boiled water, pepper, pounded with pestle, and grated nutmeg, salt.
  4. Arrange in portions and garnish with herbs.
