  1. Wash the cabbage and sort it into inflorescences.

  2. Cut the carrots into circles, onions into cubes.

  3. Boil vegetables in salted water until tender.

  4. Grind greens.

  5. Drain some of the water from the pan so that it remains approximately on two fingers at the bottom.

  6. Add butter, chopped greens to vegetables. Beat the mashed potatoes with a blender. By consistency, it will turn out a little viscous but incredibly delicious.
