Homemade gazpacho with radish and fennel conditions will be a wonderful option for tasty, fresh, light lunch on a hot summer day. - Tomatoes (4 pieces) are cut into slices. One tomato cut into cubes.
- Radish (4 pieces) cut into halves, and one cut straws.
- We cut one cucumber into slices, the rest we cut into cubes.
- Fennel cut into straws. Chop the pepper too.
- In a blender we spread all the coarsely chopped vegetables, dill, juice lemon, parsley, onion, 2/3 peppers, vinegar, oil. Grind to homogeneity. Add salt and pepper, decorate with the rest chopped vegetables.
