  1. Dough: pour warm milk, yeast and 1 tablespoon into a large bowl sugar, mix well and leave for 15 minutes, until formed hats.
  2. Add 2 eggs, salt and 80 g sugar, melted cream oil, mix well.
  3. Sift the flour (680 gr) and knead the dough. We cover food film and put in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours.
  4. Filling: add 180 g of sugar, vanilla sugar to the bowl, cinnamon, walnuts, 40 g flour, mix well.
  5. We divide the dough into 2 parts and roll it well, grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with filling.
  6. We turn the dough into a roll and cut into portions, shift onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper, grease the egg. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees about 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit.
