This oil can be prepared at home for several months in advance, putting it in the freezer. And from that “sausage” that will lie in fridge, cut off the washers for different purposes: spread aromatic and tasty butter for a sandwich, serve as a sauce for potatoes or fry on it – so any dish will gain garlic piquancy. BUT if you like grilled steaks, put a circle of fragrant oil on freshly grilled steak and let it melt and spreads out.

- Leave the butter at room temperature for softening.
- Wash and dry the dill, peel the garlic.
- Dip the garlic and dill into a blender, chop and mix with lemon juice.
- Combine the resulting mixture with a soft creamy oil.
- Using a roll mat or other handyman means to roll sausage out of oil (the mat, of course, previously cover with cling film).
- Send garlic and dill oil to the freezer for a long storage, and part – in the refrigerator. After a while, when garlic will give the oil its flavor (and oil, as you know, is good absorbs odors), you can try and evaluate this ingeniously simple culinary trick.
