  1. We cut the bread in triangles. Fry in olive oil.
  2. We rub hot croutons with garlic and grease with sour cream.
  3. Cook the eggs, cool, clean and three separate grains from the grater the yolk.

  5. We put sprats on top. You can add chopped cucumber and decorate with greens.
