  1. Peel the salmon, wash, separate the pulp. Slice fish on portioned slices.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add salmon, salt and ground black pepper. Fry the fish for 5 minutes each side.

  4. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking add chopped dill.
