For me, funchose is one of my favorite dishes. Sharing with you my secrets. Funchoza, like a salad, I do not like, with raw vegetables, too. And I love the exceptionally hot option with chicken or shrimp / red fish.

  1. Cut chicken fillet into strips and fry on hot pan in a small amount of oil 2 minutes on a large the fire.
  2. From vegetables I take carrots, red onions, sweet peppers and eggplant – Only half, cut into strips. Optionally, instead of eggplant You can take a zucchini.
  3. Add vegetables to chicken and fry 5 minutes all together on big fire.
  4. It’s time to add dried garlic to taste and red hot pepper to taste too. I don’t put any more spices and salt.
  5. Add soy sauce, mix and simmer over medium heat for another 5 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, cook funchose as written in packaging.
  7. Stir the funchose with chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle to taste sesame seeds.
