  1. Funchozu shift in a bowl and pour boiling water. Salt and remove for 4-5 minutes. Then recline in a colander and rinse with cold water.
  2. Cut the meat into strips. Chopped peppers and peas into strips, cut asparagus into 3-4 cm slices.
  3. Fry the meat over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add to beef vegetables, reduce heat and fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Then add sesame oil and oyster sauce, mix and put out 2-4 minutes.
  5. Add lime leaves, pad Thai sauce and 50 ml of water. Put out 2 minutes. Then add funchose and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy your meal!
