  1. Boil funchose in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then merge and rinse with cold water.
  2. Cut the fillet into thin strips. Carrots, bell peppers, cut the cucumber into strips.
  3. Fry the fillet in vegetable oil over medium heat until white color, within 5 minutes.
  4. Add carrots and bell pepper. Fry another minutes 3.
  5. Then add soy sauce, teriyaki (you can without it) and finely minced garlic.
  6. Stew for 5 minutes.
  7. Then add funchose. Stew a couple of minutes. Then turn off.
  8. Add the cucumber.
