  1. Defrost frozen berries until juice begins to stand out.
  2. Cut fresh fruit (in my case, mango).
  3. Throw all the fruits in a tall glass for whipping and pour milk.
  4. Beat the fruit and milk mixture with a hand blender 2 minutes.
  5. If desired, ice can be added to the smoothie. Enjoy ??
