- Gently clean the persimmon from the skin and cut into small slices. We remove the seeds.
- Tangerines are cleaned from skins and white membranes.
- Just like mandarin, peel the grapefruit. We combine citruses with persimmon.
- We sort pomegranate into grains.
- We transfer persimmons, tangerines and grapefruit to a salad bowl. Add pomegranate seeds, chicory leaves and watercress.
- In a blender, mix mustard, oil, vinegar and honey. Salad pour the resulting dressing and mix. Before serving add salt and pepper.
