- Wash vegetables and fruits and wipe with a paper towel.
- We clean, divide the large fruits into parts. If there is no pumpkin, then you can use carrots.
- We rub part of the beets and pumpkins on a coarse grater, and part on shallow. Rub the zest of the orange on a fine grater.
