  1. Wash vegetables and fruits and wipe with a paper towel.
  2. We clean, divide the large fruits into parts. If there is no pumpkin, then you can use carrots.
  3. We rub part of the beets and pumpkins on a coarse grater, and part on shallow. Rub the zest of the orange on a fine grater.
  4. Finely chop prunes (it can be replaced with dried apricots or raisins), cut the apple into small pieces, divide the orange into slices.
  5. Cut orange slices into smaller slices.
  6. We mix all the ingredients in a bowl, season with linseed oil. For sweetness, you can add honey.
