- We take out the frozen yolks 30 minutes before cooking lettuce.
- Fry bacon over medium heat in a dry skillet.
- Cut the tomatoes and mushrooms into slices, add to the bacon and lightly fry with salt.
- Lettuce leaves spread on a plate. Sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Spread the bacon, tomatoes, champignons and yolks on a salad.
- Fry slices of bread in a grill pan.
- Serve a salad with toasts.
