Recipe preparation:

  2. Meanwhile, heat in a pan 2 tbsp. l olive oil. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 tbsp. l breadcrumbs. Place the pan in the oven and bake until until the fritate hardens and the upper part brown for about 15 minutes.
  3. Peel the pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips. Stir with the remaining 2 tbsp. l olive oil, salt and pepper. Transfer Frittat to dish and cut into pieces. Serve with fried pepper.
