Fried Zucchini with Spicy Salt and Feta

  • 3 medium zucchini, cut ends, zucchini lengthwise 0.5 cm
  • Olive oil, for lubrication
  • 0.5 tbsp. crumbled feta

Recipe preparation:

  1. Spiced salt: In a small bowl, pour salt, oregano and thyme and mix
