  1. I thoroughly rinse the potato peeling it, fill it with water, add salt and cook until half cooked.
  2. I heat up sunflower oil in a pan, add creamy and spread the potatoes.
  3. I try to spread the potatoes in one layer, if I cook a lot, then fry the potatoes in several pans or priority.
  4. The first 5-10 minutes, fry the potatoes under a closed lid on high heat.
  5. After the golden crust has formed, I turn potatoes and continue to fry with the lid open.
  6. When the potatoes are gilded on all sides, sprinkle it finely chopped dill mix everything well, close the lid and give infuse for about 10 minutes.
