  6. Add the beans to the wok and fry for about a minute.
  7. Cut tomatoes into slices and onions into rings. Mix onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, beans and eggplant.
  8. Put the salad on the plate, fried tofu on top. Dress the salad with Worcester sauce and serve.
