Wash the pork tenderloin (small pieces) and cut across fibers into pieces of medium thickness. Sprinkle prepared medallions with ground pepper and a little salt.

In hot oil we spread the medallions, the cut sides should be located above and below. Fry over medium heat over 5-6 minutes on each side and reduce the fire.

Pour the fried medallions with soy sauce, fry, turning the pieces, 2-3 minutes and add the chopped cilantro.
