A quick recipe for cooking at home delicious and fragrant medallions fried with soy sauce. For a special flavor in add cilantro at the end of cooking. On the side we make rice.

  1. Wash the pork tenderloin (small pieces) and cut across fibers into pieces of medium thickness. Sprinkle prepared medallions with ground pepper and a little salt.

  2. In hot oil we spread the medallions, the cut sides should be located above and below. Fry over medium heat over 5-6 minutes on each side and reduce the fire.

  3. Pour the fried medallions with soy sauce, fry, turning the pieces, 2-3 minutes and add the chopped cilantro.

  4. Cover fragrant slices of tenderloin and simmer 5 minutes. Ready-made delicious medallions are served with your favorite side dish and light vegetable salad.
