- 1/2 head of Chinese cabbage (Napa cabbage), cut into strips of 2.5 cm.
- 4 green onion heads, cut into rings, cut feathers diagonally
- 1 tbsp. l finely grated ginger
- 1 clove of garlic, grate finely
- 1 egg white
- 1.5 tbsp. l corn starch
- 1.5 tbsp. l soy sauce
- 1.5 tsp sherry or white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp. unsalted chicken stock or water
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- Boiled polished rice as a side dish (optional)

Recipe preparation:
- Beat the protein in a large bowl, 1 tbsp. l corn starch and 1 tsp soy sauce until foamy. Add shrimp and mix. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare a mixture with soy sauce: in a small pour the chicken stock into a bowl and mix with a whisk soy sauce, remaining corn starch, wine vinegar.
- Dry the shrimp. Fry in vegetable oil with medium temperature the white part of the green onion, ginger and garlic, add shrimp and fry for another 3 minutes. Add Chinese cabbage, and stir fry until cooked for another 2 minutes. Pour in the mixture with soy sauce, bring to a boil and boil for several minutes.
