- In a cauldron, wok or pan with a thick bottom, warm up butter.
- Put rice, reduce heat and fry, stirring occasionally. At first rice turns white, then begins to acquire a golden hue.
- Add your favorite spices to taste. Salt.
- Pour in water and leave to boil without a lid, until the water is almost completely absorbed.
- Reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and cook another 20 minutes
- Turn off the stove and let stand for 10 minutes. Rice ready!
