  • 350 gr Sketch of steak (beef flank), chopped
  • 2 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Sahara
  • 4 feathers of green onions, finely chopped (white and green parts separately)
  • 2 cloves, finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 tsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp. frozen brown rice, thaw
  • 4 tbsp. spinach
  • 1 tbsp. sprouted beans
  • 4 large eggs
  • Sriracha hot sauce for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine soy sauce, sugar, white onion, garlic and sesame oil in a large bowl; add meat and marinate for 10 minutes. Heat a large frying pan in high heat. Add steak and marinade and season lightly with salt and pepper.
