- Peel the fish, cut into steaks 2 cm thick. Pickle in bowl with salt, pepper, spices, leave for half an hour.  

 - Fry the onions in a pan with vegetable oil, cut into rings.  

 - Then put the carrots grated on a medium grater, fry, stirring for 15 minutes.  

 - Dip the marinated steaks in a beaten egg.  

 - Then roll heavily in a breading mixture, completely seal, shake off.  

 - Fry in a well-heated pan with enough oil seven minutes on one side.  

 - And seven minutes to another.  

 - Serve the fish on a platter, put stewed vegetables on the fish, garnish with greens, lemon slices, if desired.
