Delicious Italian ravioli can be prepared with different fillings. We offer you to cook at home an option with soft ricotta cheese, lemon zest and rum. It turns out great sweet breakfast or original dessert.

  1. Take 4 eggs. Separate the yolks from the protein. Squirrels set aside in side. Drive 2 more eggs into the yolks. Add a pinch of salt. Whip with a fork.

  6. Melt the butter in a deep skillet. Fry ravioli until the dough is ready. Put on paper napkins to excess oil was absorbed into the paper.
