Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 – 6 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 pcs. shallots, peel and chop
- 7 cloves of garlic, peel and chop
- 3/4 Art. olive oil
- 900 gr. large sea shrimp, clear of shells and heads, remove dark veins
- 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2.5 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp. dry white wine
- 2 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 tbsp. l (90 gr.) Butter
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh italian parsley
- 1 tbsp. l breadcrumbs

Recipe preparation:
- Mix shallots, 5 cloves of garlic and 2 in a food processor Art. l olive oil. Grind in mashed potatoes.
- Heat in a frying pan at a moderate heat 6 tbsp. l olive oil. Add the remaining garlic and fry, stirring, 1 min Then add half the shrimp, thyme sprigs, 1/2 tsp. salt and fry until the shrimp are browned, 1 – 2 min. Shift shrimp on the dish and repeat with the remaining shrimp, add 1/2 tsp more salt. Transfer the remaining shrimp and thyme to dish.
- Add in the same pan 4 tbsp. l olive oil, chopped shallots and garlic, fry, stirring until pasta fry, 2 – 3 minutes. Return thyme to the pan and pour white wine, lemon juice. Add 1.5 tsp. salt, 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) butter and 1 tbsp. water. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook, until the liquid is half full, 4 – 5 min.
- When the sauce is done, mix the remaining butter and shrimp. Continue cooking shrimp, stirring until tender, 2 – 3 min. Stir in parsley and breadcrumbs.
