  1. Dill greens and fresh arugula under running water, leave to dry. We clean potatoes and onions, wash. Peppers removed the inner part. We cut onions in half rings, potatoes in cubes, fish fillet – in slices of 1.5 cm, bell pepper – in small slices, chop dill finely.
  2. In a separate container, mix Greek natural yogurt, Dijon mustard and dill.
  3. We heat 1.5 tbsp. l olive oil in a deep pan, making a moderately strong fire. We put potatoes in the oil, pepper, salt to taste and fry for 10-12 minutes until golden crust. We shift the potatoes into a bowl.
  4. Add oil to the pan, about 0.5 tsp., Heat and for about 7-8 minutes, fry the bell pepper and onion in it until getting a golden hue, salt to taste. We put in vegetables pieces of salmon and, stirring, fry everything until ready for about 3 minutes.
  5. We put the potatoes back into the pan, remove the pan with fire, add 3 tbsp. l mustard-yogurt mixture, mix, pepper and salt to taste.
  6. The rest of the mustard-yogurt mixture is mixed with arugula. and add water (1 tbsp.), mix.
  7. My lemon, cut into slices.
  8. Serve the fried potatoes with salmon hot, garnishing with slices lemon and topping with arugula in mustard yogurt refueling.
