  1. Peel potatoes, wash, pour cold water, bring to boil and cook cooked for twenty minutes. Slightly chilled potatoes divided into several parts.
  2. In fried vegetable oil, fry onion, chopped half rings.
  3. Add the carrots grated on a coarse grater and fry three together minutes.
  4. Put the potatoes in small slices, lightly salt pepper, gently stir, remove from heat after three minutes.
  5. Arranged hot potatoes on plates, decorating greens. Serve sour cream to it.
