Sometimes I want to come home cover with a blanket and eat fragrant, but at the same time simple dishes. And then our native wand will be our dear potatoes once brought to our lands by Peter I, but then and did not know how to eat it and just threw it away. And then definitely not knew my magic recipe.   1. Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into cubes and dry it with a paper towel.
  2. Peel the garlic, finely grate on a grater. Peel and chop the onion half rings.
  3. Pour oil into a preheated skillet and fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
